Worship is more than just songs—it’s an encounter with God. The Music & Theatre Coordinator ensures that CCCU’s worship and creative arts ministries are vibrant, impactful, and well-organized. This office leads the Worship Committee, overseeing Praise & Worship, Choir & Band, Creative Ministries (CREAM), Sound & Technical Team, and Ushering Ministry. Whether through soul-stirring music, powerful drama performances, or seamless technical support, the coordinator ensures that every aspect of worship enhances the fellowship experience.

Beyond leading the team, this role also works closely with the Technician Board to maintain and manage the union’s instruments, ensuring that sound and technical support are handled with excellence. By collaborating with musicians, actors, and technical crews, the Music & Theatre Coordinator helps create an atmosphere where people can truly experience God’s presence—whether in fellowship, special events, or evangelistic outreach. This role is for a leader who understands that worship is not just performance—it’s a calling to lead people into deeper encounters with God.
