True spiritual growth comes through consistent discipleship, deep biblical engagement, and intentional mentorship. The Discipleship Coordinator ensures that every CCCU member has the opportunity to study the Word, develop a strong faith foundation, and be equipped for Christian living. Leading the Discipleship Committee, this office oversees key ministries such as Bible Study, Nurture (for new believers), Library, and BEST-P & CBRSM (biblical engagement programs), ensuring that members are actively involved in learning, mentorship, and practical application of their faith.
More than just organizing Bible study sessions, this role walks with new believers, ensuring they are welcomed, discipled, and plugged into the right spiritual growth programs. Through initiatives like nurture classes, study groups, and specialized biblical training, the Discipleship Coordinator fosters a culture where students don’t just hear the Word, but live it out boldly. Whether mobilizing for the EZRA Conference, curating Christian literature in the union’s library, or strengthening accountability through family-based study groups, this role is the backbone of CCCU’s commitment to spiritual depth and transformation.
