Associates and Mentorship Coordinator (ASAM)

Associates and Mentorship Coordinator (ASAM)

The Associates and Mentorship Coordinator (ASAM) plays a vital role in bridging the gap between past and present members of CCCU, creating lasting connections that foster growth and leadership. This office is responsible for ensuring that associates—alumni and past members—are well-integrated into the union’s activities, providing a space for them to stay engaged, offer guidance, and contribute to the mission of CCCU. By maintaining and updating the associates’ database, the Coordinator ensures that connections are always nurtured and never lost, making the CCCU family stronger and more connected across generations.

In addition to managing the associates’ network, this role also oversees the mentorship program, which focuses on developing the next generation of leaders within CCCU. The Coordinator ensures that mentorship is tailored to spiritual growth, leadership, career development, and more. Working closely with the Assistant Coordinator and the In-charge Mentorship, the ASAM team offers general mentorship, which nurtures all members, and specific mentorship, which addresses the needs of individuals or groups with particular goals or passions. Whether it’s helping someone grow spiritually or guiding them through career choices, the Associates and Mentorship Coordinator ensures that CCCU is a community that empowers its members to thrive.
