The 1st Vice Chairperson plays a key role in keeping CCCU running smoothly, stepping in whenever the Chairperson is unavailable and ensuring that members feel at home in the fellowship. This role is all about servant leadership—leading the Sisters’ Ministry, overseeing compassion outreach, and managing hospitality and catering. Whether it’s coordinating Queens’ Ministry activities, ensuring visitors are warmly received, or organizing welfare initiatives, the 1st Vice Chairperson is the bridge between leadership and the heart of the union—its people.

Beyond leadership, this role is deeply involved in hands-on service. From working with ushers to create a welcoming atmosphere to organizing hospital and street visits for those in need, the 1st Vice Chairperson is a leader who serves and a servant who leads. They ensure that the fellowship space is well-prepared, the offering is properly handled, and CCCU remains a place where everyone feels seen, valued, and cared for.
